UP-78 ALPHA Solder Paste is no-clean solder paste, and leftover after soldering is achromatous and transparent. It is easily tested by neilsbed and error is small. It may be dispensed or printed. OMNIX5002 ALPHA Solder Paste that has many application is no-clean solder paste. It may be mostly universal and fine pitch high speed printed. Its leftover is soft. It has all-right first passing rate.
